GAPP

Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is dedicated to supporting Medicaid eligible, children 0 - 20 years of age who are medically fragile and require medically necessary, Skilled Nursing Care services, Personal Care Support services or Behavioral Support Aide services. Our commitment extends to providing free services for those who qualify under the GAPP program.

The Georgia Pediatric Program provides services deemed necessary in accordance with doctors’ orders. Behavioral Support may include support for Maladaptive behaviors or ABA Therapy for various conditions such as ADHD, OCD, Anxiety & Bipolar Disorder and more. Give us a call to initiate the process (about 30 days) and ensure that your child receives the care and assistance they deserve.

Director Of Nursing Services

Brittany Vance-Goodwine, RN

Our Director of Nursing Services has 19 years’ experience in the industry working in various capacities. Caring for those in need across their lifespan. A Director of Nursing in skilled, rehabilitation and Assisted Living facilities for 6yrs, Pediatric skilled nursing for 7yrs, Infection prevention and employee education 3yrs. Personal Care Aid Instructor, American Red Cross Heart- CPR/BLS/AED/First Aid Instructor & Certified Medication Aid Instructor.

Our goal at Nobility Home Care Services

Our goal at Nobility Home Care Services is to provide private in-home healthcare and companion services that are professional, that demonstrate respect and operate with confidentiality and consideration to our clients. We intend to provide prompt and courteous service to all clients.

We offer for all ages companionship / sitter services, daily living assistance services, Nursing services such as care for muscular dystrophy, traumatic brain injury, G tube, BiPap and more. Services are provided and supervised by Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and/or Licensed Practical Nurses. All personal care tasks will be performed by our certified nursing assistants.
