Our commitment extends to providing services at no expense for those who qualify under the GAPP program.

Director Of Nursing Services
Our Director of Nursing Services has 19 years’ experience in the industry working in various capacities. Caring for those in need across their lifespan. A Director of Nursing in skilled, rehabilitation and Assisted Living facilities for 6yrs, Pediatric skilled nursing for 7yrs, Infection prevention and employee education 3yrs. Personal Care Aid Instructor, American Red Cross Heart- CPR/BLS/AED/First Aid Instructor & Certified Medication Aid Instructor.
Nobility Home Care Services provides in-home skilled nursing for medically fragile children through Georgia Medicaid’s Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP). Our focus is safe, clinically appropriate care, clear communication, and respectful partnership with each family.
We support the GAPP process by collecting initial information, completing required nursing documentation, and coordinating with the child’s physician to request medically necessary nursing hours. After authorization is approved, we staff the case with qualified nurses and deliver services according to the approved plan and schedule, with continued coordination and follow-up as needed.
